unfortunately overnight we had a serious server error which brought the site down for a few hours. After this the site returned to service, but we are still attempting to recover some data from our old server such as the icon images. This data will become available as we recover it over the next few hours.
Your personal data is still safe and is still accessible by logging in at transferr.com.
We're really sorry about the inconvenience of it all and we're making moves to ensure it never happens again.

I am writing on July 17, 2010. Since yesterday I have not been able to access TRANSFERR site. What happened to the site? I tried every way, but the site is not online.
I have been using TRANSFERR for about a month now, and I just love it. Please keep the sit up and let us know what happened.

Sorry for not getting back to you (these comments were stuck awaiting moderation until just now).
The outage you inquired about was the result of a server failure, and it took us a few days to migrate the site to a new server (not helped by Transferr being on holidays at the time). Thanks for understanding.
